Information that is needed on form: First and Last name, Full Address including City and Zip code, Services you’d like to book that we provide based off of our service list, Type of Pet, Breed of Pet, Age of Pet, What their temperament is like, Exact dates you want to book, and Any notes that may be helpful to know about your Booking Request, Pet and if you have a preferred timeframe for visits.
We typically schedule meet and greets based off the availability of the team member who may be able to fulfill your requested services, there is a $25 deposit to pay to hold a meet and greet on our schedule. This deposit will be taken off your first service invoice with us. We do prefer when new clients have an idea of what dates they may need when requesting to work with us.

Meet & Greet Info and New Client Integration
A Meet & Greet must proceed before Dirty Paws & Co. agrees to any bookings and or services for all New Clients.
Once Approved in our system, you will receive our New Client Welcome Packet that contains all info about our system and expectations when working with us.
All New Clients must have our APP downloaded and filled out completely prior to Meet & Greet.
We ask for $25 deposit when booking a Meet & Greet, this ensures you are serious about working with us. You will get an invoice via the APP and EMAIL to pay and save your date. This deposit will be taken off your first service invoice with us.
No Meet & Greets will be scheduled via, Phone, Facebook message, Instagram message, etc.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR INITIAL MEET & GREET INVOICE PAID, YOUR CLIENT AND PET PROFILE FILLED OUT AND HAVE OUR APP DOWNLOADED PRIOR TO A MEET & GREET.
THIS ENSURES THAT ALL INFO CAN BE VIEWED PRIOR TO MEET & GREET DATE, SO WE MAY DISCUSS THAT OF WHICH MAY NEED TO BE CLARIFIED IN PERSON IN REGARD TO YOUR PROFILE INFO, THE SYSTEM WE USE AND POLICIES IN WHICH WE HAVE.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Duration is about 20-60 Mins Max
The Owner and a team member or two come to your home, they get to meet you, your family, and your fur kids.
It depends on your needs and our schedule if it will be one or two team members.
You give us a tour of the house and main dog areas.
We chat about you and your pets’ lifestyle and schedule.
If going to be a walking client, we will go for a walk with you on their normal route to see the layout and their on-leash behavior in the atmosphere and how you handle them.
